Walking Rain Guesthouse is suitable for a single, a couple, or a couple with one pre-teen child. (The child would sleep on a folding rollaway bed.)

Walking Rain Guesthouse is not suitable for unrelated adults, groups, gatherings or family reunions. Maximum occupancy two co-sleeping adults and one pre-teen child. 

Good canine citizens are welcome with pre-arrangement, subject to dog rules of etiquette. We can't accommodate cats.

For your assured mobility and peace of mind, four wheel drive is required in rural northern New Mexico mid-October through mid-April.

Stall shower entry opening is 16 inches, inside is 30 x 30. XXL folks may have to "Do the Hokey-Pokey".

Rates are subject to New Mexico / Taos County Sales & Use Tax of 7.125%

50% deposit on booking, balance on arrival.

Cancellation: Deposit fully refunded more than 30 days before arrival; within 30 days, refunded to the extent we can fill your booking.
