Walking Rain Guesthouse is ideal for a couple, or for a couple with a pre-teen child. Three adults is a squeeze.

Children 12 and under stay free. Add $20 per night ($30 holidays) for an additional person over 12.

Walking Rain Guesthouse is not suitable for groups, gatherings or family reunions.

Hot tub for guests only. No young children in the hot tub.

Good canine citizens are welcome with pre-arrangement, subject to dog rules of etiquette. We can't accommodate cats.

To avoid being stuck or stranded, four wheel drive is strongly suggested for travel in rural northern New Mexico mid-October through March.

Shower entry clear opening 16 inches. XXL folks may have to "Do the Hokey-Pokey".

Rates are subject to New Mexico / Taos County Sales & Use Tax of 7.0%

50% deposit on booking, balance on arrival.

Cancellation: Deposit fully refunded more than 30 days before arrival; within 30 days, refunded to the extent we can fill your booking.
